Orientation Fees

Orientation fees are nonrefundable. These fees cover the cost of meals, materials and programming for your orientation session, as well as programming for events during the first year at Southern Miss.  Student orientation fees are charged to student accounts, and parent/guest orientation fees must be paid either upon registering for an orientation session or during check-in at your orientation session.  Please note that the student orientation fee will appear on the student's bill as a course fee for GS 100. Also, please be aware that students will attend academic advisement on their own while parents/guests remain at the Thad Cochran Center.
