Management - B.S.B.A. (Human Resources Management)

The human resource management emphasis is designed to provide students with the competencies needed to help organizations acquire, develop and retain the people whose efforts are crucial to organizational success. Courses in the human resource management curriculum expose students not only to useful human resource management principles, but also to specific, real-world techniques and practices.

Careers in management are available in industry, government, service organizations and teaching. Students’ education and training will, when coupled with additional maturity and experience, serve to further their careers in more responsible management positions such as production or plant manager, labor relations director or personnel administrator.
